My name is Julia, I’m 29 years old. In 2017 I was diagnosed with severe aplastic anaemia. Doctors said that a bone marrow transplantation was the only one thing that could save my life! It was necessary to have a transplantation as soon as possible. Unfortunately, in Ukraine (one of the largest European countries) in the 21st century it is still not possible to have an unrelated transplantation for an adult patient! Also, there is no active register of potential donors anymore. Thanks to God, with the help of friends, family and other people we could collect thousands of dollars…
