“Giving bone marrow cells is not as painful as you may think”

The Agence de la biomédecine, which is in charge of the French register, aims at raising public awareness of bone marrow donation and recruiting male donors. The main challenge is to fight against the common belief that giving bone marrow cells is painful. Here are some of our actions :
• A commercial, targeting young men, on YouTube from September the 16th to the 21st.
• Sponsored posts and stories on Instagram, Facebook and Twitter to reach young men
• A PR programme to get articles and TV reports about bone marrow donation
• A direct marketing action is also planned towards young men

Moreover, our campaign will be shared to all the people who have signed up for our newsletter, to all the donors of the French register and on our social networks, inviting our community to spread the news.
