On the World Marrow Donor Day, In Bucharest in Alexandru Ioan Cuza Park, an awareness-raising event will be organized on the importance of hematopoietic stem cell volunteer donors for patients in need of bone marrow transplantation. A press conference will be held, in which will be presented the latest data on the activity of the Romanian National Registry of Hematopoietic Stem Cells Voluntary Donors as well as on the bone marrow transplantation procedures facilitated by the Registry, both for Romanian and for foreign patients.
