“Wedding with a Cause” on 10th September 2016

A newly-wed couple from Calicut , Kerala State, celebrated their wedding in a unique way. The couple, both based in Qatar, expressed their desire to celebrate their wedding with a good cause. DATRI Blood Stem Cell Donors Registry was called in to create awareness and register willing blood stem cell donors during the reception. Along with the couple, DATRI registered 143 potential blood stem cell donors at the wedding party. This event was organised by DATRI in view of the WMDD celebration, 2016.
